Rohit Sharma said in the post-match presentation that he understands the value of a player like Virat Kohli when asked about his form in the tournament. He further stated that Kohli is probably saving the big knock for the T20 World Cup 2024 final. Unfortunately, Virat Kohli failed to play a big inning in the ongoing tournament, and the Indian Cricket Team fans want him to help India win the T20 World Cup final.
Rohit Sharma also said that the team is quite composed and will look to maintain clarity of thoughts during the final.
Axar was awarded the Player of the Match for his performance. Harry Brook was the highest scorer in England, scoring 25 runs. In this way, India continued their winning campaign in the tournament.
